User Agreement:

By using this website and putting through orders you are consenting to the user agreement and privacy policy that Old Tools Feel Better conforms to.

We always endeavour to provide an efficient and satisfactory service. 

Reservations are processed within 8-24 hours in most cases. 

All reservations are subject to acceptance and availability. The request for reservations of items does not entitle any customers the priority of supply although we do offer a first come first serve service. 

Reservations will be accepted through notification via e-mail. Shipping costs and delivery timescale will then also be confirmed. Confirmation of shipping costs will only be valid for 48hrs. Delivery times are only a guide and are not guaranteed. Items sent are done so with the intention of arriving in a condition that meets with supplied descriptions.

Shipping is charged at the standard Royal Mail or Parcel Force rates and is to be paid by the customer unless otherwise stated - the item will be securely packed and Old Tools Feel Better is not liable for any loss or damage during transit.  Certificate of posting is always obtained.  Please note some of these items are heavy, if you are unfamiliar with shipping costs please enquire. 

Payment will be either credit card transaction or cleared cheque and only upon receipt of payment will the goods be dispatched.

Reservations may be cancelled at anytime prior to goods being dispatched. Cancellations must be notified via e-mail.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them to us in their original condition and their original packaging with the dispatch note, within 14 days of their delivery. Please also enclose a note stating the reason for return. Refunds will be made less the cost of delivery.

Returns will be accepted with pre-authorisation provided the mistake was our fault or on a damaged product. The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning goods and refunds will be processed on their arrival.

Please note all prices are subject to change although Old Tools Feel Better make every effort to ensure prices and descriptions are correct and accurate.
